Andrew Taylor Quantity Surveying Ltd is an RICS accredited practice serving the Beverley, Driffield, Hull, East Yorkshire region and beyond, specialising in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Estimating, Bills of Quantities, Measurement, Procurement, Contract Law and Dispute Resolution.
We offer close customer care on a one to one basis to ensure a high standard of client care and satisfaction is achieved and pride in maintaining consistency required in an RICS accredited practice.
The practice was set-up by Andrew Taylor (MRICS) in 2014, Andrew has an array of experience in Yorkshire, London and Australia in a multitude of sectors including residential, commercial, education, retail, civils and aviation. This ensures that all aspects of Quantity Surveying can be managed in-house so that our client's receive value for money within their fees.
Andrew has excelled in Quantity Surveying from the onset of his BSc Hons degree at Northumbria University, where he achieved the following:

Building magazine award for academic achievement
And a large student loan!
From there onwards Andrew has worked for several national companies in Yorkshire, London and 4 years in Melbourne Australia. Andrew has an in depth knowledge of construction contracts and laws surrounding them with first hand experience settling major disputes and commercial resolutions.
Andrew became a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2014, which has allowed him to keep up to date with current market trends, technologies and contract laws.
Andrew is a very approachable person with a great depth in knowledge in construction and it's processes to ensure clients receive an RICS standard of Quantity Surveying.
